Delete your account
You can delete your Resumica account at any time. Your resume data and sign-in are removed in the app immediately, and server-side account records are queued for erasure.
Delete from inside the app
- Open Resumica on your device.
- Go to Settings → Account.
- Tap Delete Account and confirm.
Deleting your account immediately and permanently erases all resume data on your device, deletes your sign-in, and queues server-side erasure for account records such as subscription status and usage counts. Server-side records are normally erased automatically within 24 hours. This cannot be undone.
What gets deleted
- Your sign-in (email/Google/Apple) is deleted in the app immediately. Records stored against it on our servers, such as subscription-state records, are queued for automatic erasure and normally removed within 24 hours.
- Resume documents are stored locally on your device, not on our servers; they are removed when you delete the app's data or uninstall the app. PDFs you exported and saved yourself remain yours.
An active subscription is billed by Apple or Google, not by us — deleting your account does not cancel it. Cancel anytime in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings.
Used Resumica without an account?
Guest-mode data lives only on your device. Uninstalling the app (or clearing its data) removes it completely — there is nothing held on our servers to delete.
Can't access the app anymore?
Email gimsa.sri@gmail.com from any address and include the email you used to sign in. We verify the request and action it without undue delay.
Want a copy of your data first?
Use Settings → Export My Data in the app before deleting.
