For general help, feature questions, bug reports, privacy, data, or account-deletion requests, email gimsa.sri@gmail.com. We usually reply within a few business days.
When reporting a problem, it helps to include your device model, your operating system version, the app version (Settings, scroll to the bottom), and a short description of what you were doing.
Subscriptions and billing
Resumica Pro is available as a weekly, monthly, or yearly subscription. Subscriptions are billed by the App Store or Google Play, not by us directly.
To cancel, manage it in your store settings:
- iPhone or iPad: open Settings, tap your name, then tap Subscriptions.
- Android: open the Google Play Store, tap your profile icon, then Payments and subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
Deleting your Resumica account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it in the store first.
Restore a purchase
Changed device, reinstalled the app, or not seeing your Pro features? Open the upgrade screen in the app and tap Restore Purchases to bring back access tied to your App Store or Google Play account.
Refunds
Because purchases are handled by Apple and Google, refunds are requested through them, not through us.
- App Store: visit reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple Account.
- Google Play: open the Play Store, go to your subscription, and choose the refund or report option, or visit play.google.com/store/account.
Your resume data and privacy
Your resumes are stored on your device, not on our servers. You can export a copy at any time from Settings, Export My Data.
When you use AI features, contact details are masked before any text leaves your device, and we never train on your data. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
Delete your account
You can delete your account at any time from Settings, Account, Delete Account. This erases your resume data and your sign-in. If you cannot open the app, you can request deletion at our account deletion page.
Troubleshooting
A few quick things to try first:
- Make sure you are on the latest version from the App Store or Google Play.
- Fully close the app and reopen it.
- Restart your device if a screen seems stuck.
Because your resumes are saved on your device, export your data (Settings, Export My Data) before reinstalling, as uninstalling the app removes locally stored resumes.
